RMI Education and Skills Strengthening Project

The Government of the Republic of Marshall Islands has received funding from the World Bank for the Education and Skills Strengthening Project (ESSP) cost. It plans to use part of the profits for consulting services.

The consulting services ("the Services") will assist the Project Manager and the RMI National Training Council in executing the World Bank-funded project efficiently.

The project will concentrate on supporting the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) in producing a structure for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for TVET, targeted at assisting the College of the Marshall Islands and the RMI National Training Council examine and improve the abilities of employees through recognized college accreditation.

The in-depth Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project are indicated in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).

The National Training Council now invites qualified individuals ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in supplying the Services. Intrigued Consultants must provide details showing that they have the needed credentials and relevant experience to perform the Services (connect a Cover Letter of no more than four (4) pages dealing with the mandatory experience and certification requirements curriculum vitae with a description of experience in comparable tasks, comparable conditions, and so on). Firms' personnel may reveal interest through the utilizing company for the assignment. In such a circumstance, only the experience and qualifications of people will be considered in the choice procedure. The criteria for electing the Consultant are: A.
Mandatory Qualifications and Experience Master's degree in education, training

, management, or an associated field. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working in TVET System. Curriculum Design and Systems.

Have 2-5 years' experience creating and

carrying out RPL. structures, policies, and procedures. A sample of previous work will be needed as proof of previous experience. Exceptional interaction, training, and facilitation

skills. Experience with working with diverse stakeholders, including government. companies, TVET organizations, companies, and students in the Pacific. B. Desired Qualifications and Experience Ability to deal sensitively in a multicultural
